In short, for anyone who needs their words to move a team. ### How is this different from a leadership seminar? A seminar teaches general leadership models to a group. Coaching works on your actual conversations, meetings and addresses, with your team in mind. So you can put what you practise into action the very next day. ### How does the sparring work? We prepare upcoming conversations and talks, and debrief your team meetings: what landed and what you could say differently. Sparring runs for a minimum of six months and is invoiced monthly. ### Will my company cover the cost? Often, yes.
