## My keynote topics

Every talk is built on the [House of Speaking method](https://michaelsinnhuber.com/en/house-of-speaking-method/) and my own story. We adapt the focus to your audience and your industry.

### What AI can't do (Signature talk)

The more machines write, the more it matters who speaks.

AI writes copy and builds slides in seconds. What it can't do is stand in front of people, build trust and win them over. A talk about why speaking is the skill of the future, and why anyone can learn it.

- **For:** kick-offs, conferences, association and industry events

### Camera rolling: everyone's a broadcaster now (Signature talk)

Win people over on video and you get noticed. Everyone else gets swiped away.

LinkedIn videos, recruiting clips, video podcasts, online meetings: today every employee is a face of the company. How to come across naturally on camera and hook your audience in the first few seconds.

- **For:** marketing, employer branding, sales, kick-offs

### Still boring them, or already inspiring them?

Dull presentations cost you time, attention and business.

Most presentations are forgotten the moment they end. How to make talks memorable, with stories, images and one clear message.

- **For:** sales teams, networking events, professional development

### Pitching ideas that get a yes

Good ideas rarely fail on content. They fail in the presentation.

How new ideas, products and projects win approval, from senior management, clients or investors.

- **For:** innovation, project and sales teams

### 3, 2, 1… anyone can be a speaker

Persuasive speaking is a craft, not a talent.

From a student who dreaded every presentation to a keynote speaker. A personal story that gives people the courage to stand up and speak.

- **For:** schools, universities, training programmes

## Which event is it for?

For any occasion where your audience should take away more than a few slides.

- **Conferences and industry events:** A highlight that stands out from the programme and gets people talking over coffee.
- **Kick-offs and annual launches:** For sales, for leadership or the whole company. Start the new year or project with energy.
- **Company celebrations and networking evenings:** Entertaining and full of substance. A talk your guests will enjoy.
- **Schools, universities and professional development:** For training programmes, academies and education days. Why speaking is the skill everyone needs.

Want your team to practise afterwards? A [team workshop](https://michaelsinnhuber.com/en/workshops-talks/team-workshop/) is the perfect follow-on to a keynote.

## Previous talks

I have given keynotes and talks at the E-Day of the Austrian Economic Chamber in Vienna, to innovation managers at the inno x network in Vienna, at the Digital Didactics congress at Schloss Neubeuern grammar school in Bavaria and at a CIPRA conference in Salzburg. At PinzHub Coworking I have given my talk "Langweilst du noch oder begeisterst du schon?" several times. I have also spoken on public speaking and presentation skills at vocational schools and at WU Vienna.

Over the past few months, as managing director of Mittersill Plus, I have also presented the new international long-distance hiking trail, the Alpina Antica Trail, to a wide range of audiences.

What these talks have in common: **the audience shouldn't just listen, but do something differently afterwards.** That's why I tell stories instead of reading out slides, and why every talk is a little different.

## What your audience takes away

**What they often get**

- A talk full of slides and facts
- Ten minutes in, everyone is checking their phone
- By the evening, nobody remembers it

**What they get with me**

- Stories, images and real-life examples
- An audience that thinks along and laughs along
- An idea that sticks and that they can put into practice

## How your keynote comes together

1. **Intro call** (short · free) – The occasion, the audience, the setting and what your guests should do differently afterwards.
2. **Briefing** – Topic, title and length. If you like, with references to your company or industry.
3. **Preparation** – I tailor the content and examples to your audience and agree the running order with you.
4. **Tech check** – On site: sound, screen and stage, so everything runs smoothly.
5. **Your event** – A talk people will still be talking about.
