Presentation coaching: get ready for your next big talk
Presentation coaching with public speaking coach Michael Sinnhuber gets you ready for the talks that matter: a client presentation, a board meeting, a conference or a keynote. You work on your actual presentation, covering your goal and key message, structure and storytelling, slides that support you, and voice, body language and speaking without notes. Online or in Mittersill (Austria), in English or German. From €250 net (€300 gross) per hour.
“A good speech should exhaust the subject, not the audience.”
Winston Churchill
That takes preparation: knowing what your audience needs and cutting what it doesn't.
That is exactly what we work on together.
What are you presenting?
For any presentation where a lot is at stake.
-
Client presentations
You are presenting a proposal, a project or results, and you want the client to say yes.
-
Board and management presentations
You need a decision, and you need to handle tough questions with confidence.
-
Keynotes and speeches
You are on stage and want your audience to remember you long after you leave it.
-
Conference and expert talks
You are sharing your expertise with specialists. Clearly, and without drowning them in slides.
Preparing for a pitch, speaking to your team, speaking on camera or a job interview? Each has its own page.
What we work on
We follow the four phases of the House of Speaking method. Just like building a house: from laying the foundation to showing off the finished home.
-
Foundation Your mindset: do it your way. Not perfect, but authentic. -
Planning & building Your goal, your key message and a storyline everyone can follow. -
Design Slides that support you rather than replace you. -
Delivery Voice, body language and speaking without notes.
When the questions come
In front of a board or a client, the decision is often made after your final slide: in the Q&A. Stumble there, and you lose much of what your presentation has built. That is why we rehearse the tough questions in advance, including the uncomfortable ones. You know what is coming, and you answer calmly instead of being caught off guard.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a finished presentation before we start?
No. We can start from a first draft, a few notes or a blank page. If your presentation is already finished, we rehearse with it straight away.
Can you help with my slides as well?
Yes. Design is one of the four phases: we look at which slides support you and which hold you back. If you would like the whole deck professionally designed in PowerPoint or Prezi, our team at MCPREZI takes care of it.
Do I need to memorise my talk?
No, quite the opposite. A memorised script is the most common cause of blanking on stage. Instead, you get to know your storyline so well that you can speak without notes.
How quickly can we start?
If your date is fixed, the Talk sprint over two to four weeks is ideal. If time is tighter, a single session can make a real difference. Depending on availability, that is often possible at short notice.
Does coaching work online?
Yes. Most sessions take place by video call. For stage talks I recommend an in-person dress rehearsal in Mittersill.
What if I get very nervous before presenting?
That is completely normal, and it can be managed. We build it into your preparation. Find out more on the stage fright page.
When is your next talk?
Tell me what is coming up in a short, free intro call. You will leave knowing which format gets you there fastest.
