Presentation skills workshop for teams: present with impact, together

In the team workshop, Michael Sinnhuber trains your whole team at your offices, online or in Mittersill in the Austrian Alps. You choose one topic from the coaching programme: presentations and talks, pitching, leadership communication, speaking on camera or stage fright. The team works on its actual presentations, with exercises and video feedback for every participant. Up to 10 people. Half day (4 hours) €2,000 net, full day (7 hours) €3,000 net, travel within Austria included.

What we work on

Every workshop follows the House of Speaking method, from the foundation to delivery. The focus depends on your topic.

Why a workshop beats a seminar

Most people have sat through public speaking seminars full of practice texts and role-plays that have little to do with their day-to-day work. A week later, most of it is forgotten. That’s why we work on your real topics: the presentation for your next client, the update for senior management, the video for your intranet.

There’s also an effect you don’t get in one-to-one coaching: the team develops a shared language for presenting well. Once people have seen how much better their colleagues come across on the second run, they give each other better feedback. That’s how the impact lasts long after the workshop.

  2. Briefing The situations your team actually faces. I build the content around them.
  3. Workshop At your offices, online or in Mittersill. Short teaching segments, plenty of practice and feedback for everyone.
  4. Follow-up A summary and, for the full day, a practice plan for the weeks that follow.
  5. Keep improving One-to-one coaching for individual team members, if you like.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can take part?

Up to 10. That way everyone gets several turns and honest feedback. For larger teams, we split the group and plan two sessions.

Can we combine several topics?

Yes, especially in the full-day format. For example, presentations in the morning and speaking on camera in the afternoon. We agree the focus in the briefing call.

Do we work on our own presentations?

Yes, that's the core of the workshop. Participants can bring a real presentation or an upcoming meeting. So the team can put what it practised into action the very next day.

Can the workshop run online?

Yes. The half-day format works well online. For the full day, with lots of practice and video feedback, I recommend meeting in person.

Can we hold the workshop in Mittersill?

Yes. I organise the venue in Mittersill, right by the Hohe Tauern National Park. Your team gets mountain air and real distance from the office, which does wonders for focus. We cover venue and catering in the quote.

Is the workshop available in English?

Yes. For international teams, I run the workshop in English.

Are there open courses for individuals?

Yes, small open courses in Mittersill, held in German. You'll find them under open courses (in German).
