Why speaking is the skill of the future
AI writes copy, builds slides and summarises reports in seconds. What it can’t do is stand in front of people, build trust and persuade with clarity. The more work machines take over, the more it matters when a person speaks: in a meeting, in a pitch, on stage or in front of the whole company.
The good news: persuasive speaking isn’t a gift, it’s a craft. And a craft can be learned, ideally before you urgently need it.

Who I am
At school and at university I hated speaking in front of others. I trembled and never volunteered. Then came a Saturday seminar at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Just to get it over with, I put my hand up first. The professor's positive feedback encouraged me to do it again. That small step changed everything.
Next came almost seven years in sales at Hewlett-Packard, where every sales conversation was a presentation in miniature. Since 2012 my agency MCPREZI has created presentations that have won contracts worth millions. Along the way I learned that even the best presentation achieves little if the person giving it fails to convince. That is why today I prepare people for exactly the moments I used to dread, from startup pitches to keynotes in front of large audiences.

Frequently asked questions
When is the right time for public speaking coaching?
Before you urgently need it. Most people get in touch when the big day is next week. That works: the Talk sprint gets you ready fast. But nobody training for a marathon starts the week before the race. Start earlier, and you go into every talk with something in reserve.
"I just can't do it." Is that true?
No. Nobody is born with a speaking gene, and neither was I. As a student I trembled before every presentation. Persuasive speaking is a craft, not a talent: structure, voice, body language and the right mindset can all be learned.
How long does it take to get better?
Less time than you think. The first step often makes a big difference, as my own story shows. Most people feel more confident after the very first session. The rest is practice and development, which I describe in my book.
Who is public speaking coaching for?
For anyone who speaks in front of others and wants to persuade: executives, founders and speakers, as well as people preparing for a job interview, a talk at an event or a social media video.
How much does public speaking coaching cost?
A single session costs €250 net. For one specific talk there is the Talk sprint at €2,000, and for lasting change the three-month programme "Stage ready" at €5,900. All prices are net. All formats and prices

By video call or in person in Mittersill (Salzburg, Austria), in English or German. Workshops run at your offices, online or in Mittersill, keynotes at your event, across Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
